Cedar Valley Ridge
It's the Trails

The Trails are the thing that matters. Miles of beautiful, private and peaceful time with nature. We built the trails to highlight as much of the natural attributes of the land as possible: the wide variety of wildflower species, steep hills and open meadows, the most outstanding examples of each of the tree species, the enchanted riparian valley of Cedar Run Creek, as well as the birds and wildlife that live in the forests and meadows. And the trails pass by each of the home sites in the neighborhood, so that there is always someone to share the appreciation of it all if you want to share the beauty with a neighbor.

The trails are private to the neighborhood. You won't have to worry about bumping into strangers. No motorized vehicles, no horses - just your neighbors. You can walk in the pines, amble through hardwood forestland, or immerse yourself in the lush setting of the creek. Occasionally you might want to join some of your neighbors in clearing brush from the trails - or not. It's lots of fun and a great way to socialize, if you like to get your exercise and feel productive at thesame time. Or you may just want to hang out on one of the islands in the creek or sun yourself on one of the bridges.
